Fact... 8 Out Of 10 spindle failures are caused by worn tool holders and collets.

With CNC router feed speeds being pushed higher and higher to meet with shorter product turn around times it's essential that the items at the business end of your router spindle perform 100%. Sadly, this is never the case, the things that matter the most get the most neglect!
When tool holders and collets become worn or damaged through continually being used they should be scrapped. The penalty for not doing so will eventually be very poor cut quality, damaged tooling or more expensively router spindle quill bearing failure.

All our tool holders can be left or right hand format and supplied with standard or bearing race fitted collet nuts.
We also supply tool holders with arbor shafts from 50mm to 200mm for use with window/door tooling and multi-profile tool stacks.
